The Govt. of Punjab has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in the form of a “grant” towards the cost of Transformation in Access, Learning, Equity and Education Management. (TALEEM), PMIU-PESRP is the secretariat (Implementing /executing agency), herein after referred to as ‘Client’ intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments. In order to strengthen & improve access to inclusive and quality education in the province, PMIU is implementing the programme for five-years comprises of five components and ten sub components. For proper implementation of the TALEEM, various experts having relevant qualification and experience are required to be hired for ‘Data Center & TALEEM Cell’. The Client now invites eligible individual candidates (“Consultants’) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required capacity, qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The areas are given below:

Required Qualification:
- At least 16 years of education in Finance, Accounts, CA/ACCA,CIMA, Business Administration in Finance from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Higher qualification will be preferred.
- At least 16 years of education in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) 03 years of relevant experience from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- At least 16 years of education in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT)from a foreign or local university, duly 03 years of relevant experience. recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Under this program, the individual consulants will be hired “initially under PPRA Rules for a period of one year which may be extended on satisfactory performance till project period. All the interested candidates are requested to submit the EOIs by February 08, 2023.
